Directions and tools for automation of Internet applications

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays Internet applications are the most useful methods for client communications. There are only few users that are aware of the level of automation of Internet apps Analyzing the problem from the point of view of the application developers, the degree of automation is very different. The purpose of this article is to identify the most commonly used automation tools that are used in the creation of web applications. The article also contains a presentation of the directions of automation of web applications. The article is of an illustrative nature indicating examples of possible solutions to be implemented in selected business processes implemented by Internet applications. The article has been enriched with a model of automation procedure that can be implemented in a selected web application for its partial or complete automation.
