Summary/Abstract: In the present difficult conditions of the relationship between countries with different value systems and level of social development is necessary to create new principles of dialogue in which no participant of communication wants to dominate. The globalization of system of mass communication just increases detergency and depressants of mass communicate system, phasic, and discreetness and monopoly of broadcasting.
