Summary/Abstract: The role of information technology in the course of innovative development of the Ukrainian society in state creation is analyzed. Major principles of introduction of the innovative technologies are first of all the high information culture of the person what is based on universal values and model of moral education of members adequate to a new society. It is noted that use of welfare standards is based on the personally-focused approach to introduction of information technology, refusal of ratiocentrizm, to development of creative potential of the person, free expression of own sights by it and belief of emotions and feelings.
