Summary/Abstract: A social responsible concept implementation in the organisation is related toCSR strategy adoption and good practices directed at chosen stakeholders. The employeesis the most important group of stakeholders. It was assumed that the existence ofemployees direct participation and the style of management preferable to this participationis an example of CSR good practice. The paper presents the state of employeesdirect participation and management style in organisations of Warmińsko-MazurskieVoivodship that took part in the project entitled “Exchange of good practices of social responsibilityin machine building companies in Poland and Bulgaria. Guidelines for applyingof social responsibility”. It was a pilot questionnaire research among workshop participantsin Bartoszyce and Nidzica.
