Summary/Abstract: In the article an attempt was made to indicate issues of the international influence of the reengineering, as the concept of changes in systems of managering the sector of insurance companies and the process of communications liquidations of damages. The business concept expressed in this article is modeled partially on solutions already implemented in the insurance sector in countries of the EuropeanUnion, with this stipulation, with reference to the Polish market. Authors of the article are an originator of the majority of described organizational changes. Having weighed the area of deliberations to their research span, they narrowed to issues of the process-based approach for communications liquidations of damages.The purpose of the article is not to make the hierarchy, but only describe the nature of the problem, showing that a lack of identical patterns of behaviour causes this state with reference to the effectiveness of the organization and the cost cutting. The identification of these problems created grounds for drawing the latest model of functioning of insurance companies up in twenty-four hours of the contemporary deepening role of the identification and the risk management insurance. Changes and so suggested for being going in the future to lead authors can provide positive effects in the economic dimension in the micro and macro scale.
