Human Resource Management in Multicultural Society

Summary/Abstract: Globalization is a phenomenon which distinguishes modern economy, its essence is the liberalization of goods exchange, human assets, knowledge and transfer of people. It enables to gain overseas employees more easily. Nowadays, the importance of human resource management in multicultural society has been still rising. The aim of the article is to show problems emerging from team management, whose members descend from various national community cultures.
