Some outlines of Revival furnishing in Koprivshtitza

Summary/Abstract: The article is following the most characteristic elements in the furnishing of this Revival city, viewed through the eyes of its own citizens. This study of the mentioned phenomena of culture is lightening the origin and history of the settlement and the means of production through the ages. The investigation of the separated places of the house is outlining the obligatory minimum of articles, necessary for the normal functioning of the house and its habitants, but also the brought in from foreign places subjects, which were looking for their own place in newly accepted territory. The points of the unique Revival character of the house and furnishing are results of harmony between the traditional and the new.
