Status and Prospects of Computerization of Military Logistics in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Having a modern military logistics is determined search for and implementinnovative solutions, enhancing the ability of the logistics for the implementation oftasks and protection for troops operating management system, logistics andcooperation within NATO. In the article are presented and discussed existing solutionsmade for the development of computerization of logistics in the Polish army and theprospects for achieving the target state. The subject of the study was to assess thestatus and prospects of development of informatization of military logistics, inparticular systems supporting processes of managing the logistics of the military in theArmed Forces, facilitate the work of organizational logistics commands and staffs..
