Summary/Abstract: In interpreting and applying the provisions of art. 338 par. (1) of the new Criminal Code regarding the offense of leaving the accident, the term "injury" provided in art. 75 lett. b) the second sentence of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 on public roads, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented, shall be interpreted as traumatic injuries or damage to a person's health, whose severity is assessed by days of medical care (at least one day) or is circumscribed by to one of the consequences provided in art. 194 par. (1) lett. a), c), d) and e) of the same code.
