INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS IN TEACHING

Summary/Abstract: Expansion in all fields of social reality has inevitably led to the emergence of quality education issues, which are now more present than ever. The fact is that the school is not only a state educational institution, but a certain group that establishes relations in groups and between groups. these relationships are manifested in its educational function and results of work and action, it speaks in favor of the pedagogical justification of the research of this topic. The aim of the research is to examine the quality of interpersonal relationship in teaching by student assessment. The sample consists of 178 fourth and seventh grade students of primary school "Travnik". The results have shown that students think that for a good relationship between students and teachers it is important for teachers to enable students to make good communication in teaching. Research findings have shown that gender, class and student success have a significant impact on their thinking about the quality of interpersonal relationships. Thus, students with better grades have a more positive view of the quality of the interpersonal relationship in teaching.The obtained results will make a significant contribution to the lightening of the interpersonal relationship between pupils and teachers in elementary school and to provide assistance to teachers in order to establish a better interpersonal relationship.
