HELPING STUDENTS COPE WITH BULLYING

Summary/Abstract: Bullying is a problem that endangers the integrity of the personality, but also significantly influences students' success in learning This phenomenon is quite present in our schools with a tendency of continuous growth. This phenomenon is quite present in our schools with a tendency of continuous growth. It is precisely for this reason that this paper deals with the problem of abuse in school, as well as certain activities undertaken by the harassed students, their parents and the school.The aim of the research is to examine the measures taken by the abused students, their families and schools in the prevention of abuse.The study is based on the assumption that abused students, families and schools take certain measures to protect the abused children.The sample consisted of 405 primary school students in Sapna, Čelopek-Zvornik, Brčko and Tuzla.The findings suggest that students take certain measures when they are abused. Most commonly they have some forms of conversation with a parent or a teacher, which significantly affects the decrese of abuse.
