Adaptability of logistics service providers vs. their cooperation with customers in the supply chain

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the results of research conducted among 110 manufacturing and trading companies that used logistics services. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the adaptability of LSPs and their cooperation with customers. Research hypothesis was formulated that there was a significant and positive relationship between these two variables, which was verified using quantitative methods. The SPSS package was used to prepare the results. Research shows that respondents felt more positive than negative about the adaptability of LSPs. The results proved the existence of positive relationship between adaptability and cooperation with customers in the supply chain.
