Summary/Abstract: About the context of society's needs, in this study that gives the acknowledges about functions verbal or not verbal folkloric materials, however, the Turkish kitchen culture which comes from old ages as changing and also the material using in it. At the end of the study, these kitchen's materials will be analysed to its functions.
