Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of healthcare maps forecasts in the context of supply management of selected oncological health services in health care. The article presents data of the National Health Fund on the number of contracts for the implementation of surgical services in oncology in 2018 in relation to the forecasts of the Ministry of Health from 2015. As demonstrated in the analysis, the greatest problems in the centralization of surgical oncological treatment services are observed in the field of plastic surgery and maxillofacial surgery. In addition, the results of the analysis indicate a differentiated picture of the problem in individual regions. The largest problems with the centralization of oncological services in the analyzed ranges were observed in the Lubuskie and Opolskie voivodships.
