Summary/Abstract: Contemporary theories of labour market shows on regional heterogeneity of this market. The aim of the study was to analyze the spatial differentiation of labour market indicators in the voivodeship of Poland in 2016, with particular reference to the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship. Two approaches were used in this analyze: condition analyze, flows analyze. The results indicate a weak situation in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship with some positive symptoms.
