Modern information and communication technologies used in the telework management

Summary/Abstract: Dynamic development of information and communication technologies more and more often allows employees to perform tasks resulting from distance work employment contracts. The goal of an article is to perform an overview of Informatics solutions used in telework and evaluation of usefulness of communication ways on distance used in enterprises in management of their teleworkers. The study hypothesis: Modern information and communication technologies increase the possibilities in area of hiring workers in area of telework. In result of carried out literature studies as well as research works have been claimed, that today can have an usage to do more and more complex tasks at more various workplaces, requiring various qualifications and abilities. Although from opinions of the teleworkers themselves arises, that besides the direct performance of duties, which they are very satisfied from and they deal well with innovative information and communication toolsquite well, for the bigger motivation and complacency they need also direct relations with their superiors, as well as with they co-workers.
