Summary/Abstract: In the face of rapid economic changes and the evolution of organizational systems, there is a need to be interested in the effective management of human capital. A modern managed organization focuses on the development and independence of employees, and management skills are considered to be an increasingly valuable component of competence. Managers try to provide new employees with skills, give them new tasks and roles, make them more valuable to the organization. The new philosophy of managing people is based on the assumption that employees are treated as valuable capital that can be multiplied, and employee involvement in work is also important for the organization.
