Conditions for the cooperation of generation Y employees

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify the determinants of cooperation between employees from generation Y and an indication of the factors, that can support the of employers’ activities leading to shaping a good atmosphere for cooperation. With reference to the goal set in the first part of the article, author specify functioning of these young employees by referring to literature, researches and reports on this subject. The second part presents the results of group interviews with working people from the Y generation, in which issues related to the conditions of cooperation were discussed.
