Summary/Abstract: On 14 – 28 March, 2009, a group of students from Vilnius pedagogical university (English, Russian, Polish philology, social sciences and history faculty) went on a visit to Poland. The students from History faculty, together with Vice-Dean Sandra Grigaravičiūtė, for two weeks stayed in Wróclaw. Students had an opportunity to get acquainted, in a more detailed way, with the study programme for Erasmus, students’exchange programme, which was confirmed by History faculty. Students also visited the most important cultural and historical places in Wróclaw: Wróclaw Panorama – the only remaining monument of panoramic painting in Poland dedicated to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Tadas Kosciuška upheaval, Ossolineum library which is now a national research centre and maintains historical archives, Southern Silesia, Chapel of Silence. Some other cultural events were also attended.
