Summary/Abstract: In this study, the effect of organizational leadership behaviour into organizational performance was measured. Within the context of the research, it was referred to leadership styles and performance evaluation methods; besides, the issues such as organizational leadership and organizational performance were discussed in detail. The survey study that consists of totally 307 participants chosen from both public and private sectors in Bingöl province was utilised as data set. The results analysed using structural equation modelling showed that there is a positive correlation between organizational leadership and organizational performance. It was referred from the study that organizational leadership affects organizational performance at the rate of %51 as well an increase of a unity in organizational leadership causes an increase in the ratio of 0,70 in organizational performance.
