Summary/Abstract: Communication as speech activity is an integral part of emotional development and self-improvement. It runs personal certain feelings, change own mental strength qualities. It can also be a reason to reveal assertiveness, perseverance, determination, courage, and so on. It is the necessary qualities to the younger medical staff in medicine, because of patients consulting, operations processing, commands to nursing staff and s. o. In scientific discourse it uses to be improved on lectures, speeches at conferences, formal and informal communication with colleagues. In addition, communication has a remarkable educational value, since it promotes personally mental development, expands the world perception and helps in professional growth. Professional communication is an important point for the general intelligence, thinking, memory, perception, attention formations. The aim of the study. The article considers communication as An important point for professional and scientific activity and career growth, describes the main types, forms and senses of communication, as well as the structural speech organization. It is indicated by the features of verbal and nonverbal communication, on the gender aspects of professional speech. In addition, there are considered the types of individual and collective communication in professional activities. Methods of research are such as: descriptive is used to describe the basic processes of communication; comparison is used to for the analysis and synthesis of the main linguistic theories, as well as the processes that occur during communication; methods of linguistic observation, classification and systematization are also used for the division of forms, means and methods of communication, distinguishing features of verbal and nonverbal communication, individual and collective forms of speech. Scientific novelty. For the first time an attempt was made to systematize the peculiarities of the forms, types and meanings of medical workers professional communication, as well as to analyze the peculiarity of verbal and nonverbal, individual and collective communication in the process of professional activity of physicians. Conclusions. It is proved here, that quickly and unmistakably decision making convincing requires the worker of each profession, especially medical one. The adequate using of all various kinds, forms and types of language structures, understanding principles of business communication, the business speech etiquette create the basis of professional quality in medicine. Only the high professional, high educated, good-moral person can solve typical problems in modern society.
