Summary/Abstract: The Internet has a lot of advantages but also brings about numerous dangers. Addiction to cybersex is one of the examples of it. It is a relatively new problem, however, it affects more and more web users. There are various forms of virtual sex, among these are searching erotic sites, watching pictures and films, visiting sex chat rooms or talking via all kinds of Internet communicators. It is generally believed that this phenomenon can be really beneficial for an individual user (i.e. relieving a sexual tension, chance for striking up intimate relationship in spite of shyness, fulfiling sexual dreams) but the results of this addiction are incomparably more serious. The most vulnerable group is teenagers because cybersex violates their natural sexual development.
