Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the status of the one-word interjectional sentence structures in the early period of child syntax development which is monitored in specific dialogues and situations. It monitors the development of the individual interjectional sentence structures within a dialogue as well as its multiplicity of meanings. It focuses on the ability of the interjections to substitute the character of other word classes. The article also deals with the interjectional sentence structures in their reciprocal relation with a gesture.
