In addition toThe Guide, summarized inventories for 180 funds were done. In the scarcity of thedeclarative means for other funds, the role of information resources is on register ofarchival material or register protocols, movie inventory and photography register bygroups. Today, in the digital world, if the Historical Archive “Ras” aims to improveits user potential in the area it covers, and spread its importance as a culturalinstitution, in addition to working on the development of additional informationresources, emphasis should be placed on facilitating the access to the material itdisposes through the process of adopting new techniques and technologies thatmodern means of electronic communication provide.
