APPROACH ON DISCRIMINATION WITHIN WORK RELATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the following paper is a current, extensive issue approached by the internal regulation of Romania, the community regulation as well as by other international regulations that prohibit discrimination within work relations.The paper covers the theoretical aspects of discrimination, the principles of non discrimination and the legislative acts that regulate this principle on both a national and international level and ends with a series of conclusions taken from the specialty literature.
