Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present a developed conceptual model that allows to develop in a logical sequence the methodological aspects of the study of emotional intelligence’s impact on managers’ work performance in business organizations.This model describes methodological phases, stages, and steps, which could have practical application in conducting empirical investigations. This methodology includes three phases: identifying manager’s emotional intelligence level through questionnaire; work performance assessment through a rating scale; evaluation of emotional intelligence’s impact on managers’ work performance and the significance of this impact trough χ2-method and the Kramer coefficient (V2).
