TRENDS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION AND NATIONAL SECURITY IMPLICATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Network , information , cognition , the emergence of the labor market , untimely labor migration and especially brains migration, as well as professions’ mobility are among the main factors that determine increasingly flexible emphasized human resources management (HRM), including in security and defense field, and adapting it to the requirements of highly dynamic times in which we live. In this respect, we have identified ten trends of the current dynamics of human resources management that will certainly put its mark on all areas of national security and defense.
