THE SIGNIFICANCE OF JUDICIAL REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR THE ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The strong global economic crisis emerged at the end of 2007 marked a turning point in the economic life of many organizations. Romania was not avoided by this chronic virus which seriously impacted in all the activity fields. The most damaged by the economic crisis were population and organizations’ finances and thus this crisis was named by the experts in the macroeconomic field as economic-financial crisis.Although, for this disaster phenomenon the great economic power and emergent economies had to find means of amelioration for the created situation. For the small businesses to the transnational companies there were necessary to identify some levers to release the deadlock. Some of the levers was to approach the insolvency procedure as the single means to solve, for the time being, the economic-financial deadlock. The reorganization plan, as intermediary period between the observance period and detachment from insolvency or bankruptcy entry was saving idea for most of economic actors.
