FORMAREA ŞI DEZVOLTAREA PROFESIONALĂ A RESURSELOR UMANE PENTRU APĂRARE
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF DEFENCE HUMAN RESOURCES

Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the issue of training and professional development of intellectual capital to pursue excellence in all sectors, including in the defense sector. The metamorphoses which occurred in education in recent decades led to individual learning, collaborative learning in distributed systems, tutoring, and so on, these forms of learning being augmented by the changes in the Romanian labor market and the regional and global labor market, with regard to the emergence and development of new professions. Even the transformations in the positions’ structure have determined to give special attention to the skills the employees possess. Amid these changes, a strong interest was observed for creating reliable correlations between the competences formed by the education system and inserting these skills in a competitive society based on competitiveness.
