Summary/Abstract: In the case of the continued offense, the date of committing the act is that of committing the last act of execution. Consequently, committing an offense of deception in a continuing form before the final judgment of a conviction for other concurrent acts is finally terminated suspends the suspension under supervision of the execution of the punishment enforced by that judgment and not its revocation if the offense was discovered before the expiration of the term supervision.
