DJIHDUL - BETWEEN MIT AND REALITY

Summary/Abstract: The document would like to be a short presentation of what it is and what believe to be, the non-specialists the “Jihad”. The author intend to clarify his intentions about the necessity of the understanding and explaining of the basic the concepts, regarding the Jihad, which are, many times and in different situation, intentionally or not, inadequate, either in military or civilian fields. The author thinks that the some of the basic concepts are enough explored and defined. The document will also try to view these basic concepts from the Oriental point of view, not only from what we knew as being the classic definition, given by the Western analysts. From this point of view, the elements of novelty consists of showing the true interpretation given by the religious and judicial springs, their dynamics and connexions from geopolitical and geostrategical point of views, by the Islamic states. The issue is very present due to the fact that, while our society is going fast to globalisation, more acute, serious and special become the, the resonances and variable of collective and individual security. In few words, simultaneous with the growth of the global integration appears the diminution of individual security. It is a fact which was already confirmed and proved. So, in these conditions is necessary a new redefining, reconfiguration and reconstruction, on new bases, of the right to individual, national and collective security.
