Summary/Abstract: Lately it was talking about the importance of the small regions and states on the strategic map of Russian’s interests, especially after the enactment of the new military strategy regarding the defense of the Russian communities’ interests inside and outside the CIS space. Of course we can think to Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia but that doesn’t mean that we can exclude other areas. These can be considered weaknesses or strong points, pawns of strategic importance or for sacrifice on the interest’s map of great regional actors. Still, if some of them embosom with open arms the perspective of integration in Russia, others aren’t doing so well even they declare themselves satisfied with Kremlin’s patronage. Georgia, even she wants to adhere to NATO and EU, purposed as priority the territorial reintegration of the two separatist regions, the issues concerning the third one, Adjaria, considering to be solved. Still, the federal republics are stand always to some pressures which are self-developing and self-improving, as an alive organism, many accepting the Russian “mediation” in order to save its existence as state. On the other hand, the example which we will detailed can show how complicated is the situation not only in Caucasus or Central Asia, but in almost all federal republics. Each republic has its own "bags of population" ethical different which can become maneuver-mass, the issue of the independence toward Russia being very complicated and must be considered with great prudence and understanding.
