Summary/Abstract: Presenteism is the feeling that people have to go to work, even though they have discomfort due to emotions, such as heavy workload, fear of losing their jobs, feeling unworthy of themselves, not having the power to make decisions in a matter, and not being able to get support from their manager. As a result of the preseenteism, people experience burnout feelings, physical problems, health problems and low performance due to them and various mental problems. Today's widespread disappearance lies in the negative consequences of prosperity, occupation and employer. Burnout, which causes loss of health of the occupation and deterioration of morale, has some negative effects on working life. Social support is emerging as an important factor in maintaining an individual's health, in the sense of eliminating the burnout that negatively affects the working life of employees, which causes some physical and psychological problems such as work-related tension, decreased job satisfaction and inefficiency. In this study, it was tried to determine the relationship between the sub-dimensions of work-focused presenteeism and psychological focused presenteeism, burnout and social support. For this purpose, a questionnaire study was conducted in private hospitals operating in the health sector in Adana and the results obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS program. As a result, it was found that the burnout levels of the participants decreased as the work-focused presenteeism perception increased. In addition, there was no statistically significant relationship between the present-sense perception of the participants and the level of social support and burnout.
