Summary/Abstract: Burnout is defined as a psychological syndrome that can be observed in employees who are in close contact with other people due to their work life, insensitive to people, emotionally exhausted, and manifested in different dimensions in a way that personal feelings of success are low. In other words, burnout is depletion in the internal resources of the individual as a result of depression, energy and power loss or unsatisfied desires that manifest itself in time, as physical and mental exhaustion. In this study, the relationships between the two concepts were examined by showing that the concept of burnout affects the level of organizational health. In this context, it is aimed to investigate the effects of burnout perceptions on organizational health in employees working of textiles and metal kitchen industries operating in Kahramanmaraş province. Survey technique was used as data collection technique in the study. Frequency, correlation and regression analyzes were performed with the SPSS program in the results obtained from the questionnaire. Hypotheses envisaged in the study were accepted. The significantly negative relationship was found between burnout perception and organizational health.
