Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the management of image crises. There are three key stages in crisis management: crisis prevention; response to crisis situations; preparation the transition to the post-crisis regime and response to the crisis. The article present the actions that have made the negative impact of the crisis. It also looks at important actions that have contributed to a reduction of negative effects related to image crisis.
