Summary/Abstract: The paper consist practical research in the plastics manufacturing company, where a couple of quality engineering and statistic tools were used. Study case of this elaboration concerns quality improvement process in manufacturing organisation with the focus on data driven decisions. Statistical analysis proved that there are statistically significant differences between researched variables, which was proven in the hypothesis tests.
