Summary/Abstract: The market, the solutions, and the methods of utilizing information and communication technologies undergo constant changes. This is mainly related to new technologies appearing, the upturn in IT use throughout society and within companies, as well as the companies’ increasing requirements regarding the employees’ skills. Webinars are also an important trend which has gradually been gaining in popularity. Its significance with respect to supporting the development and effectiveness of the companies, as well as individual employees, is on the increase. One cannot speak of adapting and adjusting companies to their business environments without developing and investing in employees. This process is in turn related to training and undertaking development-related actions which frequently involve the use of modern information technology in the form of webinars. They present a very good solution for teleworkers.
