Summary/Abstract: The development of logistics in the last decades has led to the significant qualitative and quantitative progress in its infrastructure. The European Union; in its policy, strives to harmonize standards and equalize the economic development of member countries. These activities relate to logistics infrastructure. The article presents selected data on Internet access and its use in specific services as well as information on the number of private cars and the number of flights. The aim of the article is to find the relationship between the use of the Internet and the development of air and private transport in European countries over the last few years. The study also contains conclusions resulting from the conducted analyzes and recommended actions to be taken in our country, which should lead to improvement of the current situation.
