On The Publicism of Rexhep Qosja

Summary/Abstract: The artistic activity of prof. R. Qosja, from beginning to our days, can be divided in two periouds. This was made by refering to the tipology of genre: - The first perioud (from 1965 to 1990) of his activitiy is dominated by the scientific researches; - The second perioud (from 1990 to our days) of his activitiy is dominated by the journalism. This tipological change can be explained by the historical circumstances: the passing from a closed and controlled society to the open one. Also, the role of intelectual persons in the public life after the political changes had more importance than before. The “publicistic pieces” in this paper are considered the one which: the press had the first contact with the readers; the intention of work has transmeted a influence into the public live; the creation don’t have enough “technocracy” to present the scientific script. This part of activity of prof. R. Qosja might be called “pre-scientific activity”. If we see from the journalism point of view, this activity can be divided in the five cathegories: the political and politological journalism; the cultural journalism; the “memoiristic” journalism, the polemical journalism and the informative journalism. A big problem of the journalism of prof. R. Qosja is the “fragmentisation” of readers. This fact is conditioned by the geopolitical factors and by the preferences of the himself. Until the 1990 years the “first readers” of publicistics of prof. R. Qosja are concentreted inside of Kosova and other places of ex-Yugoslavia. During the second perioud (1994-1999) the “first readers” are the albanian people who lived in the Western Europe. During the last years the “first readers” are the albanians of the Republic of Albania. It becomes on open case the integration of the albanian readers for this part of activity of prof. R. Qosja. The journalism of prof. R. Qosja has been successful regulary in the cases where the author treats the ethnic homogenities and convergencies problems to.
