Summary/Abstract: Some morphological peculiarities are a subject of the paper, inherent to the period of the Middle Bulgarian Language at the language development, which are found in the work “History of the Jewish War” by Josephus Flavius, according to the “Archival Chronograph”, namely: use of the personal pronoun masculine “he” in the forms of 3 rd person singular; use of the demonstrative pronouns in postposition, which have the function of Article forms; simplification of the case affixes in the complex adjectives, participles and numerals, used for masculine singular in the genitive case. The observations made have shown that during the transcription of the work in the period of the Middle Bulgarian Language some innovations had penetrated into the language, which characterize the morphological system. The presence of such linguistic phenomena, which present some development trends, inherent to the Bulgarian language in the diachronic aspect, confirms the thesis that the translation of the work “History of the Jewish War” had been made in the Bulgarian language surroundings.
