Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to identify the links between employee remuneration and the stabilization of employment in the organization. An analysis of the literature has been conducted with regard to the key issues. Based on this the theoretical part of the article has been prepared, in which, among others, conditions stabilizing the employment were classified. Additionally, a pilot survey using a questionnaire was conducted among employees. Its aim was to seek to know the facts and opinions of employees on the factors motivating them to stay in the organization or to change jobs. Feedback was gathered among 91 respondents employed in different organizations. The research shows that remuneration is not the only factor influencing the employee's decisions to stay/leave the organization, but it is the most important one.
