HR Quality Characteristics

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper was to analyse features which determine HR quality. Quality is understood as those HR characteristics that enable an organisation dealing with current processes and achieving the goals elaborated in the strategy. These characteristics may be quantitative and qualitative, individual or organisational. The paper examines the rules for identifying and selecting criteria for HR quality. It also explains how human resources characteristics determine HR quality.
