Employees’ socialization in conditions of cultural diversity

Summary/Abstract: The impact of cultural diversity on employees’ socialization is shown in the paper. It is found that such socialization does not lead to absolute acculturation but to the attitude of geocentrism. It is also stated that the accumulation of higher number of differences between mother and host countries contributes to the appearance of cultural shock.
