The Job Satisfaction of Project Team Members

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to identify factors that determine satisfaction of teamworkon the project. It was found that a set of characteristics of teamwork, resulting inan increase of job satisfaction, only slightly overlaps with the set of attributes that leadto dissatisfaction. The first group contains cohesiveness, sense of community, membershipof the same informal group, friendship and proper communication. On the otherhand, communication errors, conflicts, social loafing of some team members, unequaldivision of tasks as well as the incompetence of the project manager are included in thesecond group.
