Professional Development of Officers’ Competences

Summary/Abstract: The article presents basic assumptions for the professional development and competence of employees. The purpose of the article is to recognize the preferences of professional development of officers, their aspirations and expectations towards superiors in the context of the army’s adaptation to changes in their environment. The basis for inference is literature research and own research carried out in the year 2015. Results and conclusions can be used as an argument for the introduction of changes in the Polish Army
