Summary/Abstract: The aging processes of the population observed for many years have their consequences also in the area of human resources management in organizations. In this context, the structure of employee teams is analyzed from the perspective of the average age. Management processes aimed at stimulating staff involvement must be tailored to the individual needs of every employee, and these change over time as a person is employed. Motivation in these circumstances should also be defined in an individualized way. The purpose of this article is to present important factors in the field of motivating an employee who is approaching adulthood or has already crossed it.
