Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations implement management within human resources in an environment characterized by enormous dynamics and diversity of changes. Demographic changes, related to the observed phenomenon of aging, appear in parallel witha whole range of problems of the employee’s market shaped in recent years. Shortages of employees in the labor market have drawn the attention of HR specialists to the potentialof people in pre-retirement and retirement age. Maintaining employee’s professional activity within a given age range should be a planned process, a sequence of consistently implemented changes.
