Summary/Abstract: It is important for enterprises to build their market position by using their own resources. Enormous amounts of possibilities can be found within human resources. Diversity management processes (age management) allow the knowledge and experience of mature employees to be used for the good of the organization (including increasing its competitiveness). The analysis of individual histories of employees in the seniors' age, learned during the autobiographical interviews, allows to build a concept of managing diverse age-old employee teams and knowledge acquired as part of the research can also create possibilities for directing the management's activities to a broader development of the potential of employees in the age groups 50+, as well as 60+. The main purpose of the article is to present the experiences of employees 50+ and 60+ within internships in the field of age management in organizations that constitute the place of their professional activity.
