Summary/Abstract: Cultural differences are a factor that increasingly affects the functioning of modern organizations. It is therefore indispensable that they should be taken into account in HRM processes. The aim of the article is to identify recognizable traits of people from different cultural areas in the context of their attitudes, which are important for employers wishing to gain competent candidates for work, as well as in shaping the climate of understanding and acceptance of cultural differences. The basis for inference is formed by the results of quantitative pilot studies conducted in 2017, covering the issue of organizational behavior in the light of cultural differences. A standardized questionnaire analyzing the level of cultural intelligence was used in them.
