Summary/Abstract: The results of intelligence protection can lead to the criminal liability for the damaging of the protected interests of the Slovak Republic. The quality of services for the citizens and the State in the field of intelligence to ensure the interests protected by foreseen quality of intelligence legislation, staffing, technical, material and financial support of activities of the intelligence community. It is therefore necessary identification, analysis and assessment of new or innovative topics in the debate on the draft of the law on intelligence services, which after more than 23 years of independence is still awaited.
